Buy a pedometer (they're about 3-5 dollars at wal-marts) and walk about 13,000 steps a day which is about 2.5 miles a day. :)

I don't think you need to lose weight, but toning your muscles will give you a leaner, sleeker look. Join a gym and talk to a personal trainer about weight training. He or she can set you up with a routine and show the correct techniques and proper form so as not to injure yourself.

You dont need to lose any weight, and if you gain muscle then you will in fact gain weight. Its not about the number on the scale but how your body looks. Eat lotst of protein to build muscle and drink only water - cut out sodas and sugary fruit juices

Seriously, I'm 5'8", and not even close to what you weigh. Even if I lost all the fat on my body, I still wouldn't way that much. Unless you have a very, very small bone structure, you do not need to loose any weight.

First, attempting to lose weight seems like a mistake. About your muscle, have you considered free weights? What sort of muscle do you want to work on and what do you have to work with (space in house, other resources)?

whats wrong with you
first of all you dont need to lose weight you are actually underweight at your heiht you should weigh around 140 lbs dont listen to what the others wrote to you ,yes you an tone up but you dont need it what you need is to eat more :)
