uhmmmm.....1st: i think you should add more details about the way things are going with you and him... lyke... when you see him do you speak?... if not.... TRY THAT!!!!... hmmm.. maybe that'll help!!... but really all i can say is... make sure that whatever you do be real... because nothings worst than a fake person trying to be somebody they're not to try and make somebody that they hardly even know like them!!!... my advice is... give YOURSELF a chance first... if that doesnt work then find another guy... no need to base a relationship on lies and miscommunication that could have been prevented in the first place!!!... (add more details and i'll reply again... maybe!!!)

Well ~ you do live next door... It is a known fact that we like people that we know and are familiar with. Maybe you should take the initiative and make up some excuse to get to know him a little. Maybe he can help install that ceiling fan you have been thinking about? I know exactly how you feel. I have a neighbor who is the exact opposite. He is disgusting and scary and he stalks me. I just said today that if I wanted him to make these advances toward me, it wouldn't happen in 5 million years!!! I hope you have an "encounter" soon (when you least expect it)!
