I met this guy in my work place, at first i never noticed him, but now, i feel crazy about him, he is the sweetest thing ever, but ever since i tried asking him whats up he like, backed off, and doesnt talk to me no more, at first i though he liked me because he invited me out, and i just wanted to know what his feelings were, and now i miss him soooooooooooooooo much, but he wont talk to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

If you disappointed a guy once it is really hard to gain his sympathy back.
I am talking from my own experience.. There was a girl whome i used to like. I asked her out, she refused and she was kind of ignoring me (i could feel that it was not just to tease me), so than she started showing interest to me but there were no way back because I was no more interested in her, and i couldn't take that out of my mind.
So just leave him alone for some time.. maybe his feelings towrard you will change... Do not put any pressure on him.. you will freak him out.

I kinda have this situation with this guy who likes me. I just want to be friends but I am scared to hurt his feelings. He does not get it! I would not be so rude not to talk to him though. I do not think that is the right way to be.
Maybe he is just shy. Although he should at least talk to you. It seems a little rude to just ignore you.

he seems to feel a bit overwhelmed, give him some space, and when things on his perspective cool off a bit, talk it out.

MAybe he's really SHY...but you siad he asked you out right..did you accept or decline... either way buy him somehting...not too expensive ..somehting to say..I'm sorry...and then see how he reacts!
