There are many proofs to show that the earth is about six thousand years old. Ocean sludge, rotation speed of the earth, distance of the moon to the earth, number of stars, et cetera et cetera.

Before the flood people lived longer because of the hydrosphere layer which made breathing great because oxygen was fifty percent of the air.

There is an absence of time (when God told Joshua to stop the sun) which is still evident today.

But really, Christians are really strong. We have to be because every single day people criticize us for our beliefs. We continue to believe in spite of it all. Why would we believe for no reason at all? The truth is that people will not understand anything until they accept Jesus. There is a purpose to life, and it's glorifying God.

It's a choice we make and there has always been nay sayers like you throughout the ages, even when Jesus walked the earth, this is why they killed him.

To believe without proof is called Faith, and I have lots of it. I will pray that you have your eyes open to the truth, and I don't understand why if you don't believe you have to try and destroy what someone else believes, you believe what you do and let us believe what we want to. Oh and scientific research has proved earth is much older than what you say, and there is also scientific proof that earth was destroyed by a great deluge. The book of Genesis tells us that everything was created by God nothing evolved. evry creature was given the abillity to reproduce after its own kind as stated Ten times in Genesis 1.
