I met him in a chatroom about a year before we ended up being together. It seems that a combination of his anxiety about meeting me and fate always stops us from meeting. His mom does not like me. His friends dont like me because its an online thing and we never met. We do talk on the phone infact we barely talk online. We are both 17 years old. He started driving I dont drive yet. I dont think that we will break up with each other (right now at least). We have plans for when we turn 18 but I dont want to plan too far ahead If im never going to meet him.

Well, then you've dug yourself into a hole, mah dear. You haven't given yourself any options. You can't meet him/he won't meet you, and you refuse to break up. What CAN you do? Well, I guess an option is to just not make plans and continue being in a relationship with him without ever meeting him. Maybe try to live more in the present and it might put things into perspective.

You really don't know who he is. He may be a seventeen year old boy or he could be a 56 year old man as far as you know. In any case you don't have anything to break up.
