i want to loose 10 pounds in two weeks what can i do???

ok, eat your homemade salad for breakfast, u can put the salad with olive oil. At afternoon, you can drink a fruit juice probably a veggie or other fruits. At night, you eat some food which does not contain oil and not fried. Steam the food will be fine. Do this for these 2 weeks and see the difference ^^.

As I've said in a previous question of yours, losing that much weight all at once is unhealthy.

You also do NOT need to lose weight. You are perfect just at the size you are.

My sister is on a diet, and she only loses about 2 pounds a week, which is all you should EVER lose in a week. Otherwise, you're losing too fast, and it can seriously damage your insides.

Please, please think about what you are doing.

By the way - the size you are is the size I'm trying to get down to. It's also the size of my best friend, who happens to be GORGEOUS. (She's an 8 or a 10, so maybe she's a little bigger, but she's your exact height.)

YOU ARE JUST FINE THE WAY YOU ARE.

Yeah me too. How do you loose 10 lbs. in 2 weeks? I have heard eat more green vegs. at night so you don't get up in the middle of the night to eat. More physical exercise is good I have been told. Drink more water when you feel hungry between meals. Hmmmmm? Oh, yeah eat lots of yougart and Special K cereal.

Simple put, cut back on your carbohydrates and drink plenty of water. Simply cuttin gback on carbs will do you good. However, unlike most drink sout there that claim to "quench your thirst", water will not only do that, but make you feel full in your stomach, eating less, and therefore losing weight. i hope it helps.
