OK. I have this sore in the back of my mouth that showed up the other day. It feels like there is a tooth poking through, but if I run my tongue on the outside of my gum where I think it's coming in I get this weird flavor and it's freaking me out.

The only way I can describe the flavor would be (I swear I'm not being gross on purpose here) is the flavor I get when I give a girl oral sex. That's really the only thing I can match the taste to. I'm sorry if that's gross or offends anyone.

Brush the tooth. If it hurts like total hell when you inpact just the tooth then it is an infection. If you brush the gum right near the took and it hurts more it is a wisdom tooth.

It sounds like an infection. The best solution is to rinse several times a day with peroxide. You will foam at the mouth, but that is all the bacteria. You might want to mix it with water, a half water, half peroxide solution. By the end of the day you will be able to tell a difference. But you'll need to do it for at least a week, and call a dentist. Dentist's won't do anything until you get rid of the infection.

It could be both if you feel like a small bump or hump on the gum area it is your wisdom tooth, also sometimes when the tooth is trying to come out it can get food trapped and cause an infection, and then again if the small bump is soft it may be an abscess. check with your dentist.

If it is an infection this is something you should check out. I am using this now, and forever! cuz I can, and it cleared up an infection, without DRUGS and the secondary yeast infection one gets by taking DRUGS (antibiotics cause yeast infection) and I will never be without this product.
