Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is be there for her when she falls. "I told you so's" aren't necessary. She'll understand what you were trying to do for her. I wish that I had listened to my friends when I was in a situation like that. Unfortunately, some of us are just not willing to listen until it's too late.
If you are friends with the guy though, it wouldn't hurt to talk to him and tell him not to break her heart. Other than that, you just have to watch and wait so you can heal the wounds.

As for the comment she made about you wanting them to break up so you could go out with him; some girls see other girls who are friends with her boyfriend as threats, even if the girls are friends themselves or the other girl is going out with someone else. I guess it is a mildly territorial thing.

As much as I hate to say this, since I was in a similair position at one point, the most you can do (since your friend hasn't believed you already) is support their relationship and be there for her if he does cheat on her/when she finds out that is has/is.

And if that happens, whatever you do - do NOT say "I told you so."

Be there with a box of tissues, a favorite movie and arms ready to give her a hug, because she'll need your friend ship and support more than she'll need you throwing your warning in her face.

Sometimes you just have to suck it up and let your friends make their own mistakes. Sometimes its the only way they will learn. Just be there for them should they fall.

Nice. Then you meet a player, a guy that chicks fall for him, and he disgraces you right? Come on. I bet if you had not that fear from the public oppinion you would have gone in bed with him.

The guy is a player - what can you expect? Tell your friend what you know and let her deal with it. After all, one guy - more girls, that's the way it goes my friend

First , u need proof that he's cheating. Or , atleast , catch him with another girl.If he goes to another school than u guys go 2 then there's a BIG chance he is cheating... it's a guy thing .

If your friend doesnt want to listen to you,,,she WILL find out the hard way if hes cheating on her. People have to learn on thier own. Just dont even mention anything about him anymore....let her find out for herself what kind of man he really is.

She made the comment about you wanting to go out with the guy because she's getting defensive. If you've already told her your concerns, I'd just leave it at that at this point. She doesn't want to hear it. Just be there for her when it happens. Whatever you do, don't give her the "I told you so..."

well if you have told her he was cheating and she thinks you want him. And if you don't I would tell her look I just told you because you are my friend .What ever happens after that is up to her but she cant put the blame on you.it is best to let it go and let her deal with it her way

Your friend needs to find out for herself. You have done all that you can do for her.
She probably does know deep down that you are right but she doesn't want to admit it.

The best thing that you can do is be her friend and help her to pick up the pieces when she finds out the truth.

Simple, you don't to anything and let nature run its course. I know that sucks, but sometimes theres nothing you can but let that friend experience what she needs to experience. Everything happens for a reason. Let it go and focus on your life.
