Unfortunately nice teeth are a very important part of ones appearance. If one can afford it then having remedial dentistry can make a big difference to the way one looks. Did you see pictures of Celine Dion before she had her teeth "done"...What a difference afterwards!

Yes I do think imperfect teeth make a person unattractive. You may look good on the outside but when you open your mouth to smile people will probably think twice about your looks. Imperfect teeth also stop you from making a good first impression because most of the time when you meet someone the first thing you do is smile. If you don't have good teeth then your smile won't be pretty. If I was you I would get my teeth fixed as soon as possible.

There is slightly imperfect and then there is BAD teeth.

If you ever look at a still photo of Tom Cruise's smile, you'll see that it's not perfect. A couple of his teeth are slightly crooked.....but he is known for his megawatt smile. Julia Roberts also has a beautiful watt smile, but her teeth aren't perfect....but she does have a beautiful smile.

Anytime I see someone with 100% perfect teeth, I think false.

On the other hand, there is no need for someone to have bad teeth these days. Dentistry has come so far, and most companies offer dental insurance, so there is no reason not to have a nice beautiful smile. It's doesn't have to be "perfect."

There are teeth whiteners you can buy at drugstores, and you can even have a single visit with a dentist using the "zoom" procedure which costs around $500.

If your teeth really look bad, you could consider invisible braces which are clear plastic braces you can take on and off.....or you could have veneers put on your teeth for a more healthy look.

When I meet a man, the first thing I notice is his smile. I love a smile that looks natural and even twinkles from his eyes. I love a mouth that looks healthy which means brushing and flossing to give the gums a beautiful pink healthy look........and I do love teeth that look good.......but they don't have to be perfect.

Brown teeth, yellow teeth, rotten teeth, and poor dental hygiene are a real turn off.........but a smile doesn't have to be "perfect" to be beautiful.

I think a little imperfection just adds to the *perfect* if you know what I mean. The only thing that distracts is if there is a gap and I mean a larger one between the front teeth and the worst has to be if there is one at the bottom, really sucks me in and I can't even see the rest of the face after that lol!

To get a better answer or set of answers to this you really needed to define imperfect in relation to this lady's teeth. I went out with a girl called Amanda once and her teeth were quite bad but the rest of her was to die for, so it didn't bother me.

I liked her so much I even wrote a main character in my book, almost entirely based on her. It kinda depends on whether you want a real girl or a trophy bird on your arm to impress the lads?

I don't think its that important really?

Certainly really bad teeth can make them look less attractive, i'm talking major imperfections though, that a dentist would automatically say needed fixing.

It really depends on how bad the imperfect teeth are? If it is REALLY bad - I mean I seen some real bad ones, that made it hard to look at the girl. But, if it isn't that bad then no it shouldn't affect their appearance at all.

If someones teeth are decaying then it's in their interest to have them fixed because they will be prone to infection. Otherwise, if it's just a case of something cosmetic like crookedness then leave the molars alone. Beauty is skin deep and these little differences make us into the wonderful, individual people we are

Yes i suppose. But how bad are we talking? If they are just stained then thats not to bad as you can correct this by using a whitening kit at home. But if you have (pursuming we are talking about your teeth), not only yellow but dead wonky nashers too, then you really should go see a dentist to help correct the problem.

If you did get it sorted out, i bet you would feel sooo much more confident.

It depends on how imperfect the teeth are, and how pretty the person is and how good their personality is.
