Yes, Karma and Ultimate Peace.
Its hard to explain, *****but you know how many people define God as a Higher Being or as "He." I'm Muslim and the Quran defines God as "He, or the Most High" but we believe that you really can't define God, because he created Beings and Forces, and excistance itself. So God isn't a simple creature like we are, and He can't be described or compared to anything in the Creation. So even if people define God as "Love," " A higher Being," or the "Ruler of the Heavans and Earth," or as in Buhddism "the rewarder of good deeds and punisher of bad deeds," all are right. because according to the Abrahamic religions, God is not a force or being, or idea, but reality itself in which we can't completely comprehend.

So yes in my opinion Buddism teaches about God, just more of his ajectives then his complete Oneness. And we don't know all of what Buddha taught because he was an oral teacher and didn't leave any writing. And he even told people to not copy him but to attempt to find their own Higher Peace. That higher Peace is God, and those who have Peace have God. Also, the Bible and The Quran teach us that Belivers meditate at night and engage in thought. And that is what Buddha taught. There is more than one way to define God. Its in a manner of reaching him through the salvation of yourself.
Hope you understand that. ***
Peace

There are many sects of Buddhism so this answer varies.

The area of Buddhism i gravitate toward basically states the Buddah comes form within. While anyone can be a Buddah, and certainly there were founders of Buddhism, no external god plays a role whatsoever. As far as I know this is true Buddhism, and many sects have used the basic tenent but do worship dead Buddah's.

Ahem, Buddhist people have no god. They do not worship Buddha, nor do they pray to a personal god. The main focus of Buddhism is that life is suffering, and to get rid of suffering in their lives. Oh yeah, there's not really any such thing as sin in Buddhism either.

Please ignore those that claim that Buddhists worship Buddha, they are completely wrong. As a Buddhist, I would like to tell you that we acknowledge that Buddha was a mortal man. When he died he was severed from the samsara and ceased to exist. We are an agnostic religion and we neither believe nor do we disbelieve in any higher power. We do not worship Buddha at alll.

Not really, there are gods, but they do not dominate humans.

The goal is to become one with the brahman "cosmic consciousness" or whatever. Humans are actually higher than gods on the rebirth chain towards samsara.
