You can't group them all up like that. Some black guys like white girls, and some black guys like black girls, some like Asian girl, latino girls and some black guys just like girls.
There is no one answer for these kinds of questions. Their choices in women are dependent on their social environment, social economics, family history, and numerous other factor unique to that individual.
A beautiful woman is a beautiful woman, no matter what race.

Guys like girls who like to be liked. It doesn't have as much to do with skin color as you seem to think. If a woman is hot looking and easy to talk to and fun to be with, that's what matters.
