Yes, she could. Boy dogs tend to "mature" faster than girls. So even at just a few months old he could be a daddy. My baby girl was 11 months and the daddy was 10 months. but the younger the boy the more of a chance you have of getting pups that are deformed or born dead. Not a good idea to breed them before they are 2. My dog had an "accident" breeding but luckly everything and everyone was a-ok.

Absolutely, My I suggest spay and neuter, for next time. National Stats
The sad fact is once a puppy or kitten is past its cuteness; or a pet displays behaviors we do not know how to deal with, many pets are discarded like old newspapers. On average 100,000 cats and dogs and puppies are listed on www.petfinder.com, daily. The National Council reports it on Pet Population Study and Policy, from the 5000 or so US agencies who responded to the survey, that over 2 million dogs enter shelters annually. Of those 27% are relinquished by owners, 42% are turned in by animal control, 31 by other sources, of these dogs, 56% are euthanized.
In addition, if you do not mind I would like to leave you with this site,

If neither ofthese dogs is fixed it is not a accident.
Yes your female can get pregnant.
Spay and neuter your pets for their health. It will lower both of their risk of cancer if you spay and neuter them.
