shall i know the time when the offline messages sent by me is read by the reciever??

in yahoo messenger..... means i send an offline message to kingkong_07 at 12 30 pm..... he reads it at 5 pm..... but he is not replying to my msg.... shall i know the time when he read my message? its just to identify that whether he saw my msg or not...
