if you have was it on purpsoe or accident? Was it random or sumone you knew? How old were you? How did it make you feel?

i havent but my nephew did once. yes it was on purpose. he flashed a highway patrol. he was drinking we were driving down the hiway, he was 18. he liked it we didn't get stopped fortunatly.
