My 14 year old nephew has been accused of molestating a friends child and has yet to be questioned by the police. The police report was filled a week and a half ago.

If in America they can question you at anytime and arrest you if they feel you was in wrong doing.Alot of people never tell police they was molested as a small child until they are in their 20`s and 30`s.

I have never heard of a limit on questioning. If there is, please let me know, but I do not think there is.
Why are you asking this type of question, was you charged with molestations?
Are you guilty or not guilty, if you are the one that is being questioned?
