Some people just can't take a joke, not even an old one.
20 points apiece
+5 for grey hair
+5 for walker or cane
+10 for wheels (any kind)

No, pedestrians are never "fair game" but since they have the right-of-way in a crosswork so marked, you are automatically at fault if you hit one there while if one just darted in front of you on an unmarkled street they would be at fault.

Points on your license depend on where you live so check with your state depeartment of public safety or whoever else regulates driver's licensing. Many places causing an injury increases the points, as well it should when you are negligent.

Only a real jerk would worry more about points than hurting people. Surely that's not why you are asking.

In a silly mood so I'll play along with you. Besides I believe their bottoms need to be in a crosswalk or they shouldn't be crossin.
Anyway I was always taught 100 point outside unless it's a lady with a baby or an old folk. They're only 75 but a kid on skates or a skateboard are 125 for the extra speed.

It some states it doesn't matter if there is a sign or a crosswalk, The pedestrians allways has the right of way, which means whether you like it or not, you have to stop. If you don't and hit someone you can face attempted murder charges and if they die as a result of their injurys you can be charged with murder.
