There are adoption agency that specialize in interracial adoptions. I watch adoption story every morning while I get my children off to school and I have seen them. I think the one that they show the most is based in Florida. Google the keyword "interracial adoption" and see what you come up with. Good Luck. I hope your dream comes true.
