Kind of a follow up to my last question. If you are sitting by yourself at school doing HW, eating, whatever, how would you like a guy to approach you?

its ok if he approaches but he should do it in a polite way and not while a lady is eating

Wait till she is finished eating... Scope out what she is doing for homework or what she is working on and start the conversation up with that. See if you can exchange email addresses or a phone # and chat later. Soon after ask her to the movies or a get together. Just use some tack and you will do fine.

Im usually not comfortable when guys come up to me when Im eating, it makes me feel uncomfortable in case I had food stuck in my teeth or something like that. LOL! When Im doing homework, the guy can just sit nearby and bring up a conversation that we are both interested in. Sometimes I dont give direct eye contact because Im shy that way (including many other girls).

Bring a snack and say - "hey what's going on- looked like you could use a little break". Share the snack- keep the conversation light and easy and keep it a short break.
Excuse yourself with- I'll let you get back to it- enjoy (leaving her some snack to still work on) and be gone.
See how it plays out from there.

Most people like eating buy thereselves, it nothing wrong with eating at a restaurant. Some people will eat a whole pizza, but prefer some privacy, its all about privacy or greed, but at the same time trying to maintain your weight proportionately

I would like for him to sit down and ask me how my day is and could he help me with anything and if I would like to go to the movies or something like that after school or during the weekend.

well, if i was eatin or doin hw i wouldn't like to be approached by a guy. if i was eatin, i wouldn't like a guy to come up to me, because then i would totally embarassed, and if i was doin hw, then i wouldn't like to be disturbed because i would be doin somethin, so i can get it finished, so ya. unless ur this girl's friend, then u can go ahead and talk to her whenever. because she probably wouldn't mind.
