George Washington's parents were Episcopalian all though he was born in such religion when he was older he never practiced it.
But he was a man of faith believing in the creator, Many a time he accepted other faiths into his circle of friends.
Many a time he would take the lead in prayer and using the name of our creator...Jehovah. Never accepted his salary as President.
He was a high ranking Mason...and belong to a secret society to protect the name of Mary Magdalene who was very close to Jesus and carried his child.

I'd say none, as I don't know that he was a member of any of the above. He was a man of faith, but he had many influences. He attended services but did not take communion. He wanted his soldiers to have chaplains, but he allowed individual troops to select their own chaplains (of various traditions). It seems clear that he truly respected the idea that each person should follow his conscience in matters of faith. When trying to arrange for workmen to perform a task at Mount Vernon in 1784, Washington made it clear that he would accept "Mohometans, Jews or Christians of any Sect, or they may be Atheists."

Since we're playing twenty questions (gentle friendly nudge lol) here's a reliable link, including references, that gives all of the founder's religious affiliations.

If I remember right, he had no particular affiliation, but I have read his prayers he led his troops through with, and he prayed to Jehovah.

None, he was a Deist.
Deism:
The belief, based solely on reason, in a God who created the universe and then abandoned it, assuming no control over life, exerting no influence on natural phenomena, and giving no supernatural revelation.
