I lift weights. I will eventually do cardio, but not until like March. I'm going to compete in the local bodybuilding competitions in the fall of 2007. Right now I just lift 6 days a week. About 2 hours a day. I'm pretty badass, but I need to gain about another 20 lbs in the next 5 months to be totally happy. Which won't probably happen.
