Branded ones found in the major shopping centers are probably slightly cheaper than back home. I guess one does not shops at Bangkok for these.
The copy ones (of the branded stuff) are available, anything from Bahts 500 - 1000.
The locally made ones (not trying to imitate anyone) can goes from Bahts 99 upwards. Bahts 300 can fetch you a reasonably good pair of sneakers.

You can get very cheap shoes there. But in my experience if they get wet then you will have to throw them away. And it sure does ran like a flood some nights in Bangkok..the number of times I have been knee deep in water...

they should be about 100-300฿
for a pair, not branded not quality stuff, but most of teenager use it cuz it's cheap and full of design
