anyone knows about obstruction Mach number?

I need information about Obstruction Mach number. Is a dimensionless number use in mechanics, but I don't know how it is calculated of what it means.

Mach is the standard term used to tell the speed of aircrafts.
1 Mach = speed of sound = 331 metres/second.

i no wat mach is...mach 1 is 1 times as fast as speed of sound, mach 2 is 2 times fast as speed of sound
