the gel doesn't work because your hair is too greasy for it to adhere correctly. to solve this problem, try VO5 original shampoo. give your head a good scrubbing- you might want to shampoo and rinse twice in a row.
if your hair is fine and thin, use lightweight styling products that won't weigh your hair down. only use the gels if you have thick hair.

Goto the Beauty store and get some AMPRO gel, girl that stuff works good
