What I'd like to know is why the hell was she watching you. She should have turned right around and come back later. You may want to have a chat with the mother in law before you tell your wife anything. Between the two of you you can figure out what the best way to handle (no pun intended) this is. I think it would probably be best if you guys can agree to never speak of this again or just come out with it and tell your wife and let everyone in on the joke (what a funny story to tell the kids)

That's why this type of "business" should be handled in the privacy of your own home or bedroom if your living with your in-laws. What were you thinking????? Next time try using your other "head"! you should tell your wife. And as a rule of thumbs, if you are visiting it is bad form to jack off at the in laws.
You mother in law is probably thinking "what kind of mf comes to my house and jacks off. where did I go wrong, my child has married a freak and a pervert, what is my child thinking and can I ever sit on any piece of furniture at her house again...."
