I our local paper this morning. A mother is dead & a father is fighting for his life. A young 16 year old girl is all cut up but will survive.
Why? She told her father she wanted to convert from Islam to Christianity. The father attacked her with a knife, ripped her clothes off. Killed the mother when she interviened. The girl escaped to her neighbours in her underwear covered in blood. Why do Moslems do this?

A MUSLIM leader has condemned the death of a woman in a Gold Coast family's domestic dispute, believed to have been sparked by a daughter's wish to convert from Islam to Christianity. The 41-year-old woman died from stab wounds inflicted inside the family unit at Southport on Monday night while her 49-year-old husband was rushed to hospital, also suffering stab wounds. Neighbours told News Ltd, the parent company of the publisher of NEWS.com.au the the couple's 17-year-
old daughter ran from the unit, wearing only her underwear and suffering severe scratches, screaming for help.
Resident Caitlin Dalton said the girl said she had told her father she wanted to convert to Christianity before he attacked her. It's believed the girl's mother stepped in to protect her and was fatally stabbed with a kitchen knife. Queensland Islamic Council spokesman Sultan Deen.

In Islam, the way to handle such case is not as what you stated in your story.
First, the father will talk to her.
then, ask someone who is having more knowledge about Islam to convince her.
Then, after that , if she doesn't go back to Islam, he leave her alone if she is in a western country or go to court if she is in Islamic country in order to question her.
Killing as in this story is not Islamic and it is totally wrong and if he did kill the mother, then he is really in a big trouble after death because it is a huge sin to kill an innocent person like that.

Because it is Islamic law to kill an apostate. An apostate is any Muslim that converts to another religion or claims no religion and leaves Islam.
Holyflush is full of beans. Leaving Christianity does not result in even being abused let alone killed.

whatever..what about the white American woman who decided she didn't want to be with her husband anymore..so she put her kids in her car and rolled it into the river and stood there and watched the car disappear...then she made up story that 2 black guys stole her car with the kids in it..all this was cuz she wanted to be with another man.........this was not even based on Religion nor was it by a Muslim

that is a direct result of having a much too strong belief in a particular religion to the extent that you are willing to kill for it. This is not something most of us really understand.
