if it isnt paint wat is it and where can i get it

It is fabric paint. Fabric paint comes in all kinds of colors and textures and glitters. You can find it at michaels or most craft stores in the apparel crafts dpt. (I work and michaels) If you want to paint your shoes or any other kind of apparel you can also use acrylic paints. On leather it will wear off over time as opposed to fabric glue but on t-shirts if you use acrylic you can let it dry and then iron it on. Acrylic paints are plastic based so it melts together and binds with the shirt.

I don't know what kind of material this is but you can get a similar effect by using red-line double stick tape/ Look in hardware stores for it. You can either use glitter or non-hole glass beads. You can find them in craft stores. Use the tape separately for each color.

go to Michael's or JoAnns and look in the craft paint aisle. There are lots of different types of acrylic glitter paint. Make sure that you seal them before you wear them though!

I don't think they put paint on shoes. It's just a plastic material with glitter infused into it.

you may in basic terms purchase spray spain for autos, that's the suited thank you to get it everywhere on the edge of the triumphing paint, in case you sweep it on it appears that evidently rubbish, yet for small chips you may spray some in the cap and use an extremely small precision brush to get it in basic terms precise.
