I don't know, except for Albert Einstein. I've studied him for a long time and he was a Pantheist, at least when he was pinned down about it lol. The following was the only time he ever professed believing in any specific religion as an adult, though he admired Buddhism. This was easy enough to find in Wikipedia:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"In response to the telegrammed question of New York's Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein in 1929: "Do you believe in God? Stop. Answer paid 50 words." Einstein replied "I believe in Spinoza's God, Who reveals Himself in the lawful harmony of the world, not in a God Who concerns Himself with the fate and the doings of mankind." Note that Einstein replied in only 25 (German) words. Spinoza was a naturalistic pantheist."
Many were atheists but not all(and contrary to another poster, Darwin was an atheist, tales of his deathbed conversion are a lie)
Albert Einstein could not be classified as any of those things, his views were truely unique. The rest I am not to sure about, though I know that none were Buddhists...
