Like for the longest time without a shower and still smelling nice, or for the longest time without eating, drinking, pooping or peeing.

Nobody would go near you as you'd be a walking germ and virus factory! However, I like your idea of not washing and still smelling nice - have you invented something which can do that? Obviously you can't use deodorant, because after a month you'll be ponging like the garbage cans outside a Chinese restaurant, and deodorants can't cover that up. Let me know your idea, I'll help you market it and get you into the Guinness Book of Records! Obviously if we have to meet I expect you to have washed beforehand.

I don't know if you could get into the guiness book of world records. However it does seem like a good way to become lice infected, constipated, emaciated and to get a bladder infection and be forced to wear "adult" diapers prematurely.

Whether or not you made it into the Guiness records, you would make it to the hospital. These categories are not recognized, and don't hold your breath waiting for recognition of the categories either.

No you would die from Peritonitis. Your liver would shut down and your body would be filled with toxins. You would die from the staph infection and bacterial pneumonia. There would be no record set. This happens all the time. It's how you die from Hepatitis C.
