how fit do u wannabe
if u want to be really fit u run 4-10 miles a
do this method 1st day- easy 4-5 miles
2nd day- 6-7 miles
3rd day- 9-10 miles
repeat
till
7th day is the day of rest
otherwise if u want to walk walk around 3 to 4 miles a day

i start my day every day by walking two miles then the rest i do not count but i would say its close to 20 miles.

2 Miles.
It Takes me only 20 Minutes and Its very good exercise.
1 Mile will take around 12 Minutes, maybe 7 for you joggers.
Remember to drink plenty of Liquids and exercise regularly.

If you are talking healthwise, I walk on my treadmill 2 miles every night in front of the TV.
