That is a tough one I would go with layering it is extremely unpredictable, as a Canuck you probably tollerate the cold better. Sometimes it is chilly, rarely cold, but others it is quite warm the average night time low is around 5c, the days can get up to 15c. During this time of year winds especially in Savannah are difficult to predict. I hope you enjoy your stay and had a good Canadian Thanksgiving last week.
Geez am I the only American that knows how to convert to metrics when dealing with people from other countries?

Savannah is on the coast so you're going to have an ocean breeze most of the time. The temps could range from 40's to 70's but usually around 50-60 just depends on how the weather is this year. It's usually very pleasant though. No snow for sure. I've been on the beach at Tybee in November lots of years.

Definately not shorts, but not a heavy jacket either. Here it is terribly hot in the summer so it doesn't get much cooler in the winter. I've lived here in south Georgia my entire life so I should know! Bring jeans (maybe a pair or two of shorts but I doubt you'll need them) & a light jacket. Since you're from Canada I believe you'll think it's quite warm.
P.S.- Savannah is gorgeous! I went once & plan on going back soon. The waterfront is wonderful! You should consider going on a dinnercruise on the Savannah River. Well, I hope you enjoy yourself down here in the deep south!

it won't be snowing in georgia!
if it is like usual, you probably won't need much more than a sweater or light jacket--depending how cold you get. it shouldn't be colder than 50's at night, and could even be up to 70's during the day.
but, your best bet is just to check the weather forcast in ga before you leave.
have a good trip.

I would never wear shorts in November but i have seen folks swimming in the ocean in winter. I am sure they are northerners who are far more cold tolerate then us southerners.

It'll be about 75 to 80 the whole time you are there. However, it may also be rainy. Bring shorts!
