I am looking at buying an LCD/ Plasma TV....with high definition will the HZ make much difference?

i don't think any TV comes with 150Hz, the refresh rate of normal TV be it plasma or LCD would be within 50-60 Hz depend on your location where you bought it.

I've seen computer LCD set the rate at 75Hz and it make your eyes more comfortable watching it but have not seen any on plasma or LCD TV.

I don't know what you mean by 150Hz. Most TVs will work with a range of power line frequencies. If you buy the set in the country you will be using it in, you shouldn't have a problem wtih Hz.
