I just gave my cocker doggie a good haircut and he acts looney! He jumps, wags his tail, runs around, plays, he looks like he is laughing!
It's his first haircut and I thought he would feel embarassed like dogs usually do when their hair is gone, but it seems like he loves it!
Any similar experiences?

Hi...I think your doggie likes the attention you are giving him when you give him the cut. You and he are kinda "bonding." Just my opinion....
Sounds like you have a fun dog with a cute personality.
I have a poodle and he has become so used to getting a haircut that it's just part of poodle-life for him.

Most dogs really do not mind getting a hair cut. In fact, they really do like all the attention, and I have quite a few that are so relaxed, they start to doze off on the table.

I only have maybe a handful of dogs that really hate being groomed. Most of these are dogs whose owners waited until the dog was a year old or even older to have it groomed for the first time.( I can't stress enough how important it is to start getting your puppy use to the groomers at an early age.) Dogs whose owners only bring them to the groomers once a year and the dog is so matted that it takes 3 times as long to get the job done,
Or dogs whose owners make a big deal out of leaving them at the "mean ole groomers". These are usually the ones who claim their dog has seperation anxiety, but in fact it is the owner who has the problem. Cuz once the owner finally walks out the door, the dog is fine.

It depends on the dog; one of my wheatens would hide under the coffee table after a trim, my sheepdog hates the brushing but likes her shorter summer haircut

Depends, if you are in alaska and you cut your dogs hair he will die of freezing. But in summer all dogs love a new haircut!

Hmm, you're really lucky! The previous owner of my house told me that his dog climbed into the curtains whenever the dog trimmer came round!

Yeah... one of our old dogs

But not all dogs like getting their hair trimmed just like how not all humans like getting haircuts.

properly, typically, dogs do no longer elect to be in packing containers. So I doubt you may want to effectively get 3 in a container. you may want to get one in a container, yet once you attempt to placed the 2d one contained in the container, the first will bounce out on the first chance. So, you're back with one dogs in and 2 out.

while they dont really like getting the hair cut esp. at a groomer, they ALL love the new feeling of being tangle free and combed.
