Time is a concept. It is designed for humans to make sense out of life. Same way that there is no oxygen, water and air on certain planets of our solar system, or in other galaxies, because we don't have to habitate them, same thing goes for space the further we go there is no need for time, because it is unnecessary. I believe that in other dimension that there is no such thing as time, and believe me that other dimensions do exist, because when we talk about billions and billions of light years to get to some other galaxy, which is even impossible for the human body to sustain those travelling conditions or imagine, then you can understand that the concept of time diminishes the further we go into space and I'm talking about the unexplored part of space, everything is just here on earth for our convenience that is just the law of the universe, it follows it's own law. The universe is infinite so who knows what other concepts exists out there. Just do not take those concept with a close mind just because they have not been proven yet, not everything has to be proven, some things are just matters of logic. The universe is vast, so take your mind out there, you'll be amazed of the things that you can find the answer is within our brain, we just have not thought hard enough yet. And to answer your question earth would probably be the same way if time did not exist, because the universe would find a way to accomodate us, just as it does with everything else.

Time doesn't exist. We only need it to expierence life. When we die there is no such thing as time.
The only reason the earth was created, was for us to expierence it.
