I'm not sure what you mean by greese, but anything made on a stove is going to require either butter, olive oil, or at the least, pam cooking spray. I suggest an omlette. easy to make and looks very nice. just break the eggs into a bowl, add a little milk, and whisk. I guess you could omit the butter and oil if you have a GOOD quality teflon pan, but really, I'd say add at least some pam cooking spray. leave the eggs in the pan until they start to bubble on the sides. slide it onto a plate, then flip it back into the pan to brown the ot her side. fill it with anything,. really, but cheese, mushrooms, and any kind of vegetable work really well. especially tomato or asparagus. then serve with toast and butter or jam and a cup of hot coffee and some juice, and BAM! a slammin breakfast for mom.

scrambled eggs with cheese and toast with butter and jelly - awesome breakfast. If you can pull off a cheese omelet then that's even better! (pour the scrambled egg mixture into the pan and let it sit on MEDIUM heat for a little bit longer than usual. Lay two pieces of american cheese on one side of the pan. The egg will start to cook in that big circle shape. The you put the spatula under the side with no cheese and fold the circle in half - then gently slide it onto the plate)

Don't forget to give her a beautful flower too!

Well you can scrambles some eggs and bacons, or sasuage, you can make either toast or biscutt. If you don't want to wait on the biscutt to cook then you make toast. Also does she like grits that would be good too. my husband makes the best eggs and grits and toast when we have breakfest. So also you can make oatmeal that don't take long. But I would go with the eggs and grits and sausage or bacon and toast ideals. good luck.

Scrambled eggs, bacon and toast. Or french toast. For french toast mix a little bit of milk and regular sugar with the eggs, makes it nice and sweet, that way you don't have to put too much syrup or powered sugar on it. :)

How about this?--

A bowl of strawberries, blueberries, sliced banana, cantelope (and whatever other fruit she might like) topped with a little honey or brown sugar and sprinkled with sliced almonds.

Toast with apple butter.

Scrambled eggs with fresh tomato and basil - Very easy: whisk 2 eggs together with a little milk, salt and pepper. Pour into heated pan (med. high heat) with just a pat of butter. Stir until cooked, put on a plate. In same pan, sautee tomato (you could buy the little cherry or grape tomatoes and cut them in half) and fresh basil for appx. 20 seconds and place on top of eggs. You could serve with a piece of smoked salmon (pre-smoked and cooked in vacuum sealed package) on the side with a little dollop of sour cream sprinkled with fresh dill.

Hi there;

French toast! You can make french toast in 5 minutes flat.
It takes 3 minutes to prepare so you have time to make a nice cup of coffee or juice to go with it.
