I don't like having sex and it has nothing to do with my boyfriend or any physicall problem. I do get the physical enjoyment from it but everytime I have sex, the only thing I can think of is to get it done and over. I don't see any reason why I should have sex if I don't want to have a baby.
My boyfriend is very sexuall and loves having sex. I like him a lot but his desire to have sex all the time and my resistance is taking a toll on our relationship. I told him maybe we should break up but he doesn't want to. Any advice?

It shouldn't be importaint, and you should not feel bad at all for not wanting to. Now you bf's obsesion with it is normal, thats pretty much every guy, but if he really cares about you he should respect what you want. You are in no way obliged to have sex with him. It is 100% your choice. I personally don't want a relationship held together by sex I want to be held together by love and friendship. If he can't be with you without the sex then I say he is not worth being with. Good luck and stick to your guns It's your body.

If you don't like having sex, then you can't be having orgasims. They are kind of the big part of it all, and well worth the "trouble." Sex is also a way of bonding with another on a emotional/physical level. It is something two people share with each other and no one else. If you really have no interest, maybe your boyfriend isn't the right person for you.

YOU DON'T LIKE HAVING SEX????

Well, I guess I should respect your decision. But having sex shows how much you're attracted to eachother, physically.

Talk it over with him, and tell him how important this is for you. If he doesn't respect your decision either, then he's not the right one. The right one will always respect you no matter what.

it might have everything to do with your boyfriend, b/c he's fulfilling his needs as opposed to both of yours. i am assuming there is barely any foreplay, but if he did it right and focused on quality as opposed to quantity, you might change your mind. to be honest the best feeling is when you both climax at the same time.
