What for? Little late for any blessings (whatever that's suppose to mean). He's dead. If you're a christian, that means he's at peace so why pray for him now? You can't effect his judgement tally by good wishes and you can't effect whatever afterlife you envision him having either. If you cared so much about him maybe you should have sent him a nice card when he was alive and could appreciate it, eh? Better yet, do something nice in his name. Donate to a charity for him. You know...something USEFUL?
