Taco Salad

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 bag prewashed salad
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, sliced thin
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 regular size bag Fritos corn chips
1 - 2 cup bag of shredded cheddar cheese

Brown 1 lb. ground beef. While the beef cooks, open prewashed salad (might want to rewash it yourself!) and dump it in a bowl. Add kidney beans, tomato, onion, cheese and Fritos. Drain fat from meat and add taco seasoning. Dump meat on top of salad stuff and mix it all up. Good with Catalina dressing.

Ramen + fried eggs & sausage + boiled vegetables

1) Boil water with kettle (3 minutes)
2) Put some hot water in a pot, cook any vegetables you have (broccoli or cabbage ... etc), (2 minutes)
2) drain the vegetable, put instant ramen noodle into the pot, cook for 2 minutes, meanwhile, heat frying pan on another stove, add oil, fry eggs and sausage (2 minutes).
3) Disolve the ramen seasoning in a big bowl with hot water, drain ramen well, then put into the soup, top with fried eggs, sausage & vegetables. Serve immediately. (2 minutes)

Total : 9 minutes

leftovers in a tortilla.
Heat a skillet and place the tortilla on the pan. Shred some cheese onto the tortilla. put whatever is leftover on top, like chicken, turkey, eggs, bacon, spinach, meatloaf and roasted red peppers and roll it up. Anything leftover on a tortilla goes over at least once a week in my house.

Boil rice (Uncle Benz Boil in Bag works best for me). In separate pan brown 1 lb of ground beef, add 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced green pepper. Drain fat from ground beef. Add salt, pepper and rice, stir and serve. Tastes best with ketchup (!)and a nice side salad.
