Well I noticed a bump on my finger 3 days ago and it keeps getting gradually bigger. I think it is a bee sting since I swatted down a bee but I felt no sting but there is a small black thing in the center. Possible stinger?

I talked to my doctor and he said just dont poke it or try to pull it out. If it does not go down then go see him.

See if you can pull it out with tweezers and then pour some antiseptic on your finger.

Place that finger in a high set fire on your oven to sterilize the finger and the bump. NO WAIT ! Might burn your finger that way. I'd leave it alone for a few days and see if it goes down on its own. Good Luck ! :)

Soak your hand in antibacterial soap (sometimes the kitchen liquid soap says antibacterial....possibly dirt....to remove the thing and try to prevent infection.

Then wash it with hydrogen peroxide..if you have any...if not white vinegar, or lemon juice to disinfect more.
