Runny eyes and nose on a kitten is never good news and can be serious. Don't hesitate, take your baby to the vet. At the least she has a bad cold, hopefully nothing worse. Either way kittens don't get over stuff like that very easily, she's going to need some meds.
Vet bills suck, but taking care of your animals is much more important.

No, don't treat this at home. Your kitten might have a so-called sneezing-disease (don't know the proper english name). If the other cat never had shots against it, they might now both have it. You need to take them to the vet, or at least talk to a vet on the phone to discribe the symptoms more accurate.

Go to your drug store and get Borix acid solution, make sure it's the solution and not the powder (it's a mess to mix). Soak a cotton ball in the solution and wipe it's eyes from the inside to outside. Always wipe away from the tear ducts! Use it a couple times a day, it should clear up! If not take it to the vet!

I know that veterinarians can be expensive, but think about this: how would you feel if the cat has something serious and it died because you wanted to save money. Do yourself a favor and have a vet take a look at it, for your own peace of mind. You'll be glad you did.

cats get sick just like people I recomend seeing a vet. It could be a cold or somthing like an eye infection. Medication from a vet would be best to treat them both

Sounds like she has a little kitty cold. It should go away on its own. I've had several cats who all were sick at sometime or other. It always takes care of itself. If she gets to where she isn't eating or drinking water at that point I'd take her to the vet.

Conjunctivitis, one trip to the vet, you will get antibiotic, if you would like to research upper respiratory infection in cats please go to this site, http://www.peteducation.com/ You can not treat it at home, after a while you will be able to pick them up and feel their little lungs rummble as they breath, so get over it some do not, you need to see a vet, sorry,

Sounds like it could be an upper respitory infection andYour cat may need antibiotics. Go to your vet ASAP. Was new kitty tested for FIV/FELV? Did he come from a shelter? I would not ignore this or try to treat it at home.

My kitty has the same thing. Its a cold. Most times it can go away after a while but you should take her/him in. It could become a respiratory problem. They will give you some antibotics for you to give the kitty for 10 days. You'll see a big difference.
