The noise is created by the suction using the aircrafts compression in order to remove the waste into a tank held on board the aircraft. This waste is then stored and emptied on the ground. It is not discharged during flight.

it has to make a loud noise as the suction power has to be rather strong cause if not depositries could be left behind..nasty.
its stored in a special container in the plane and is removed after landing by attaching a huge tube from the outside and sucking out the waste!

I think that have a storing place where the waste go and after the plane lands they dump it out. That's why it takes so long to get on the plane, because they are fixing up the place for the new customers to broad.

When I was in the service the toilets used to have what was call a "honey bucket" that had to be dumped after a flight. I was told that all liquid was released into the air while in flight.

The noise is probably due to the pressure balance. As someone else has already said, yes it's stored until the flight is over and they can remove it.

Its the pressure that makes the noise because its being whooshed out of the plane. Its why you can feel a breeze! There have been people killed because its landed as a block of ice on their heads.

ITS A VACUM FLUSH ON FLIGHT,AND ITS NOT DUMPED IN MID AIR HONEY YOU WOULD FIND IT ALL LANDING ON YOUR ROOF OF YOUR HOME OR CAR WHEN YOUR DRIVING AROUND.
ITS STORED ON BOARD AND WHEN YOUR PLANE LAND IT IS ALL CLEARED AND CLEANED AND READY FOR THE NEXT LOAD TO COME ON BOARD.
THE NOSE IS TO TELL YOU HAVE JUST BEEN IN THE LOO AND WILL BE THERE IN A BIT IF YOU FEEL FOR THE LOO.

Super, beg your indulgent but, what do you think it is? have you ever tried to verify it? like looking at or into the connecting tubes or checking out the planes belly when you alight?
anyway, i think the human faeces are not released on air. if they do? we would have known by now and what a scandal that will create.
hope this settles your wondering mind and if it's not enough? Please try to check it out yourself as your own findings will bring more fulfilment in you life.
thank you and have a wonderful day.

I heard it's dangerous when the tanks that hold the waste leak, as waste is very corrosive and has been suggested as a factor in some plane crashes.

It's stored on the plane in a frozen block, and then disposed of when the plane lands.
