There is no specific number. And some women will not do it ever, that is sad I know. It is also better if you just let her start doing it without you asking. Also, if you give her a really good date, such as something really fun, or expensive, it may speed things up. "Kiss in the pants" is called oral sex. Sorry that is not a question you ask a women. We try to treat our women with respect . If thats all you are interested in go back to Russia. Sounds like you dont respect the women there. If you date an American women it is up to her as to when and if she wants to do that. If you try to force her that is rape and you will go to jail and thats where you should be.
