Take decaffeinated green tea tablets. Eat more balanced mini-meals 3-5 times a day and get some real exercise. Eating less is not a diet. That is, you seem to be only making your diet smaller. Your body needs protein and fiber and stuff from the four major food groups to run efficiently. This should not be a temporary thing, but a change of lifestyle. Plenty of water is good, but you can over-hydrate also.

I am a little confused as to whether you are eating 4 cans of tuna for breakfast? or 4 a day? or just 1, your diet plan is not really to bad, if you are eating regular yogurt, that is about 330 calories, tuna is 120, and the fruit should be 100 or less. Your calorie intake 1200 or less is but not less than 1000 a day is . I see one major flaw in this, mercury levels are high in fish right now, you should not eat this many cans of it. If you are not a meat eater, maybe you could try a garden Burger, on low calorie high fiber bread, I eat wonder light wheat, 35 calories a slice, and this will help you stay full. Or mix in some white beans with the tuna and eat half the amount. The other problem is if you stay on this for any length of time, will the variety get old? There is no reason you won't loose weight on this and you have a good plan. Good luck.

Eat 3 meals a day- especially breakfast should include a cereal
Eat Less Meat
Allow yourself a snack of about 100 calories sometime during the day
Get the very small cans of vegetables and eat if hungry.
Sugar Free Jello is a good dessert
Use small dishes to eat on
Drink LOTS of water
Do not have a No Food List--taste a smaller portion
Exercise Exercise

Eating the same thing day in day out is always bad for you, no matter what it is. The trick to dieting is to stop dieting. Just eat reasonable portions of a wide selection of healthy foods, cut out snacks and get some exercise (exercise is all most dieters are missing) and you'll lose weight. In other words, I think you should scrap your diet and just eat normally - it's far far healthier.

You are going to eat 4 cans of tuna for breakfast? Each day?
Your plan sounds pretty restrictive and boring, don't you think you'll get tired of the same ole food ever day? There are so many other good foods to add variety. Not getting bored is the key to staying on a diet.

It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight quickly then you will probably put it all back on again just as quickly. I lost 9 pounds for the last month when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the guidance supplied on the website in the box below.

I don't know about your diet. It sounds boring. I'm following this professional diet now and it's working. May be you should try it. It's heaps more fun than yours. Mine is:
Breakfast
1 mugfull of plain corn flakes with no additives + skimmed milk

Lunch
1 slice of brown bread
1 slice of cheddar cheese
grilled chicken or beef (about the size of your palm)
green salad

Dinner
1 mugfull of plain boiled pasta + shredded cheese
green salad

You are allowed two snacks (a fruit each). It's working for me. I hope it works for you too. Good luck!

yes... but don't do this daily... your meat choice needs to change... the mercury levels can effect you and if you have plans on having children or more children it can also be harmful for the baby... try to keep your mercury levels low. Fish is good for you in moderation... try an unmarinated 4-6oz piece of chicken or 4oz boneless pork loin basted with low fat or low in calorie bbq sauce. Variety is good... you don't want your body to get used to that diet too quickly... the weight may fall off good for a while but then its going to get hard on you when your body is demanding that extra push.

I don't think that you eating enough. Have you tried Special K? If you eat a bowl of Special K for breakfast and dinner and a light lunch you will lose 10 pounds in two weeks--tastes a lot better, and will fill you up. Good luck!

Sorry, this is not very good.

Tuna has a lot heavy metals( think mercury) since it is on top of food chain in the ocean.

Canned fruist cocktails has "high frutose corn syrup." This ingredient is artificially made, doesn't exist in natural world and is very bad for dieters.

You need more FRESH vegetables, fruits and whole grains(oats, whole grain pasta or rice.)
