Report him to the authorities...or if you don't want to take it that far, then tell him straight up that you don't get down like that. It doesn't matter if it's a gay man, or a heterosexual woman; nobody has the right to invade your personal space like that, especially when you're so uncomfortable with it.

Straight up tell him you don't like what he has been doing. Don't be a jerk when you do it but say you would rather he not do those things he is doing. If he keeps doing it warn him one more time and tell him you will go to authorities if he doesn't back off. Then I would just report it to your school not the cops. Let the school handle it and if they don't get higher authority involved.

This all depends on how rational you are... if it were me, getting hugged on and stared at.. i would simply pull him to the side, just the two of you.. and tell him flat out, "look dude, it really makes me uncomfortable when you stare at me and hug me and stuff..... etc" Don't embarrass him. if he's gay, then he's gay, no big deal. that's just him. let him be gay. just tell him you don't appreciate the attention he is giving you. Put it this way.... Do the same thing you would do if a really ugly girl was doing the same thing to you... essentially, it's the same scenario. Just don't embarrass him. be cool about.

You should just talk to him. Tell him you've noticed the way he looks at you and then ask him if he's ineterested in you. If he says yes, just tell him you're flattered but that actually you like girls, so nothing's gonna happen.

Talk to a couselor at school and explain the situation. Hopefully they can take this kid aside and explain to him that he needs to stop. They should be able to do that and keep your name out of it so he'll never know it was you that turned him in.

Confront him and tell him you are not interested and to please stop staring and groping. If he continues to do this go to your instructor and let them know he is making you feel uncomfortable see if anything happens. If he still does this call the cops!!

Let him know his attention is unwelcome.
If he keeps up, be more forceful, involve an instructor, counselor, or principal.
Let him know that you don't swing that way, and he needs to look someplace else.
