?They are not words, they are expressions.
¿Como estas? How are you? A greeting. If you stress the como then you are asking more like how do you feel?.
¿Cuantos años tienes? How old are you but to a peer.¿ Someone older or that you respect would be ¿Cuantos años tiene usted?
¿Donde es eso? Where is that at? As when you say - There's a sale at the mall 60% off! Someone would ask Where's that? Just as we have different idioms in English , we have them in Spanish.

"Como estas?" means "how are you?"

"cuantos años tienes" means "How old are you?"

"donde es eso " means "where is it?"

Dónde está? Where is it (or he/she)? OR Where are you?
De dónde es eso? Where is that from?
Without DE, you must use ESTÁ (verb Estar).
With DE (from), you must use ES (verb Ser).

Since other ppl have already answer this, I'll just say that you can use www.freetranslation.com for translating spanish words (just for future reference) or get a spanish dictionary.
