Get rid of all the junk food.

Start eating only healthy foods.

Do cardio exersizes 3-4 times per week.

Lift wieghts once per week.

Why don't people get it ??? Being thin .... is a result of being healthy. Get healthy and a good body is part of the reward.

Then stay healthy for ever... never go back the the junk foods and never stop working out.

hey! I was weighing 195 pounds and now i'm in 162. look just eat healthy foods no fat of other things. cereal, yams, potatoes, vegetables, salads, juice(no soda), lots of water. I did this for over two months and i'm 16 years old. trust me you can do it. No pain no gain. I don't like to excersise but i have to because when you lose fat it because fluffy. Hope this helps
It's gonna be hard at first but you can do it. Oh lots of fruits also.

1.walk or run about 3 to 4 miles a day
2.crunches about 6 sets (1 set = 10 crunches) per day
3.drink lots of water
4.try to eat fruits and vegetables not meat
5.swiming if available
and join gym if u want.

The best way is to eat fruits, vegetables , lots of fiber ; in other words the key is not to stop eating, but eating in a health way and combining it with exercicies...And that's the key to live longer and healthier !!!

Stay away from the carbs. If you elect to go veggie - then severely limit the amount of fruit. It's loaded with sugars.

Fresh fruit and veggies, egg whites and tofu for protein.
Run miles daily, that'll drop the poundage.
