How do I move documents within SharePoint without disrupting the 'modified' and 'modified by' history?

Hoping to move documents around without having to open each and every document only to save in another folder. All thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

I will assume you are not the Sharepoint Administrator. If not then that means there probably is not a way for you to do it. But you could try fooling it by changing the date and time on your system and then uploading the file. But that would still mean you would have to do it one file and folder at a time.
