Is there a GOOD and FREE speech to text program out there?

I am looking for a good program that will type while i am talking. is there a good free one out there?

this feature comes free with microsoft office 2000 package.
install it and practice it bit for ur voice recognition to the computer and then u can use it for voice typing.
