Prostitution laws vary in Australia from state to state. In Queensland, for example, single sex work, i.e. she must work alone, is legal if she does not solicit. Sex work from a licensed brothel is also legal.
Prostitution is legal throughout Germany, in case you were making a list.

There are legal brothels in Oz however if there not registered it is still illegal.
