Slim Jim Dip, and Stuff
6 Slim Jim jerky sticks, sliced in small bits
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup grated fresh or dried parmasean, or Romano cheese (fresh is better)
2 diced green onions
1 or 2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
2 Tablespoons pimento (optional)
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 Tbls black pepper
Saute all the vegetables, including the garlic, the sage, and pepper, but not the pimentos, and the Slim Jim pieces in a pan with a "little" oil, any kind is okay. Add a pinch of salt. Stir until the veges soften. Turn off the heat and let cool.
When that is cool, mix everything together in a serving bowl, cool in the refrigerator overnight, covered in plastic wrap, or a lid, stir before serving, and serve with crackers, sliced toast, celery sticks, carrot sticks, cold meats or anything else you can dip. Double the recipe, or even triple it if youre having a party. There is everything you need for nutrition is this dish. Make a lot and serve with a nice wine, red/or white.
Enjoy!

Whip up a cup of heavy cream. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cut up slim jims into tiny bits. Dish up some ice-cream. Top ice-cream with whipped cream then sprinkle slim jim bits on top.
Better than nuts, I'll tell you.
