If the basis of all life , diseases etc is now believed to be the " genetic pool " . that there are inactive genes whose combination could not survive enviromental demands there by were not lost but are still part of the genetic pool . it is then possible given the right conditions to activate these genes to produce a different product from the current product( animals/humans etc

Who factored in the time concept to validate evolution ? Does the discovery of inert genetic pool where possible combination are possible with the right activation agents not overtaken this thinking.

The Answer to your question is not in the gene pool, it is in the environment which affects living things' genetic codes.

Evolution is not something that is ever complete, it's a process which goes on, even beyond the time when humans exist. After we're gone, the rest of living things will continue to adapt to their environment and evolve.

The conditions which may activate these currently-inert or formerly-active genes can come from within the gene pool or within the environment that surrounds the thing with the genetic material in it.

This means that there is room for Evolution in a universe created by God. As long as there's room for both there's no reason for one thinking to be overtaken by another - they can and In my Humble Opinion should co-exist.

Here's a concept. A Creature with a specific genetic code exists, and during it's life, it's exposed to something in the environment that damages (read "changes") it's genetic code slightly.
That creature then reproduces but it's offspring have changed and are
now carrying a slightly different genetic code than Daddy or mommy.
When the offspring reproduces, some of it's offspring are liable to be carrying that genetic material and they will all have "evolved" but the cause of the perceived evolution was originally something in the environment.
Nothing is purely in the genetic code or the environment but more likely to be a combination and re-combination of Gene pool Vs the Environment.

This is sort of a confusing question. You don't make a lot of sense. the time table for evolution is largely based on the fossil record. For earlier life forms, it is largely based on the conditions of the world. the atmosphere of earth has changed dramatically over time. They can predict what the atmosphere and other conditions were like at certain times and form a hypothesis to how this would affect evolution. Other then that I have no idea what you are trying to say.

Mutation due to radiation is the catalyst in most cases of evolution. It takes as long as it takes. What do you mean who factored in the time? There's no timer set, it takes as long as it takes. You don't set it up like a science project. It happens naturally.

You assume that all dormant genetic material is worthwhile. Some of it would possibly be damaging to the end product of humankind , if we re-grew TAILS!
